If you are new to Wise, don't worry! The process is incredibly simple. In this guide, we will walk you through exactly how to send your payment to our store step-by-step.

Step 1: Start Your Transfer

First, log in to your Wise account on your web browser or open the Wise app.

On your main dashboard, click the green "Send" button at the top of the page to initate your payment.

Step 2: Select the Destination (USD)

A pop-up titled "Where do you want to send?" will appear.

Please select "United States" (or search for 'United States' / 'USD' in the search bar) from the list to set the receiving currency to USD.

Step 3: Enter the Exact Order Amount

Next, you will see the amount details for your transfer. To ensure your payment matches your order perfectly, please follow these steps:

  1. In the "Recipient gets exactly" filed, type the exact total amount shown on your Shopify checkout page.
    • For example, if your checkout total is $40.00, make sure this field says exactly 40.00
  2. Once the amount is entered correctly, click the green "Add recipient" button at the bottom of the screen to proceed.

Step 4: Choose 'Search on Wise'

On the "Add a recipient" screen, you will be given multiple options to specify who is receiving the money.

Please click on the first option: "Search on Wise" (indicated by the red box).

Step 5: Search and Select Our Official Account (Important!)

Now, you need to find our official store account. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure your payment reaches the right place:

  1. In the search bar, type our official Wisetag: @aethel.
  2. A list of search results will appear. Look for the account named aethel that displays our official 'A' brand logo (as shown in the red box) and Business Type.
  3. Select the correct aethel profile to proceed.

Step 6: Enter Your Order Number in the Reference Field

To ensure our system can instantly verify your payment and process your order, we need your Shopify order number.

  1. On the Review page, find the Reference section at the bottom and click "Add a reference" (indicated by the red box).
  2. Check your Shopify order confirmation screen (or your email) to find your ORDER NUMBER (e.g., ORDER #1001).
  3. In the pop-up window, type ONLY the numbers of your order ID. Do not include the hashtag (#).
    • Example: If your order number is #1001, type exactly 1001 into the field.
  4. Click "Save" to apply the reference, then click "Continue to payment" to complete your transfer.

Step 7: Complete Your Payment with Your Card

You are almost there! The final step is to securely pay for your order.

  1. On the "pay with your card" screen, choose between your "Saved card" or select "New card" to enter new payment details.
  2. Enter your card's 3-digit or 4-digit security code in the "Confirm security code (CVC/CVV)" field (indicated by the red box).
  3. Review the final transfer details on the right side of the screen to make sure everything looks correct.
  4. Click the green "Pay [Amount] USD" button at the bottom to authorize and finalize your payment.

🎉All Done! What Happens Next?

Once you complete your payment via Wise, our team will manually review and verify your transfer against your Shopify order number.

  • Payment Verification: Our team manually verifies payments within 24 hours (Korea Standard Time, KST), excluding weekends and Korean public holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: As soon as we confirm your transfer, your order status will be updated, and you will receive an official order confirmation and shipping update email from SKIN AETHEL.
