Refund policy

Thank you for choosing SKIN AETHEL. Due to the medical and temperature-sensitive nature of our aesthetic products (including dermal fillers, toxins, and skin boosters), we enforce a strict Return and Refund Policy to ensure safety and quality control.

1. All Sales Are Final (No Change of Mind)
Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched from our facility, we don not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds for simple change of mind or ordering errors made by the customer. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take extreme care in inspecting and packing your orders. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or completely incorrect, you are eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • You must contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photos and a continuous unboxing video showing the damaged or incorrect items in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way are strictly ineligible for refund or replacement.


3. Customs, Import Duties, and Local Refulations
As a B2B supplier, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer (practitioner/clinic/wholesaler) to ensure they possess the proper medical licenses, import permits, and knowledge of local customs regulations required to receive medical aesthetic products.

  • SKIN AETHEL is not responsible for any packages seized, destroyed, or returned by your local customs authorities.
  • No refunds or shipping refunds will be issued for orders that fail to pass through customs due to licensing or regulatory issues in the destination country.


4. Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations can only be requested before the order is processed and packed. Once a shipping label has been generated or the parcel has been picked up by the courier (FedEX), cancellations are no longer possible.
