At SKIN AETHEL, we understand that timely delivery is critical for your clinic and business operations. We partner with FedEx, the world's leading express courier, to ensure your premium medical aesthetic products arrive safely, quickly, and in optimal condition.

1. Processing Time & Same-Day Dispatch

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed and fully paid before 2:00 PM (KST / Korea Standard Time) from Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day.

  • Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (KST) will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.

  • Weekend & Holiday Closure: Order placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, or anytime during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and Korea national holidays, will be dispatched on Monday (or the next available business day). We ensure all packages are securely processed and handed over to the courier before 6:00 PM (KST) on business days.

 

2. Shipping Carrier & Estimated Delivery Time

We ship our international orders via FedEx (Economy Service) to offer you the most competitive and affordable shipping rates.

  • Estimated Delivery (USA): Typically takes 4 to 7 business days for major cities in the United States, depending on regional customs clearance processing speeds.

  • Other Destinations: For regions outside the USA, delivery may take between 5 to 10 business days.
  • Tracking numbers will be automatically updated and emailed to you as soon as the package is registered with FedEx, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.


3. Temperature-Sensitive Products (Cold Chain)

For products requiring refrigeration (such as certain toxins), we pack them in specialized thermal packaging with high-quality ice packs to maintain the required temperature during transit.

  • Note: To ensure the integrity of cold-chain products, we may strategically delay Friday shipments to Monday to prevent parcels from sitting in a courier warehouse over the weekend.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Regulations

  • Buyer's Responsibility: All products are shipped from South Korea. The buyer (recipient) is entirely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and compliance with local medical import regulations.

  • Customs Delays: SKIN AETHEL is not liable for delays caused by local customs authorities or failure to provide necessary practitioner licenses required by your country's customs.
