SKIN AETHEL carries products in stock constantly therefore we can ship your order immediately unless stated otherwise.

1. Processing Time & Same-Day Dispatch

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed and fully paid before 2:00 PM (KST / Korea Standard Time) from Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day.

  • Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (KST) will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.

  • Weekend & Holiday Closure: Order placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, or anytime during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and Korea national holidays, will be dispatched on Monday (or the next available business day). We ensure all packages are securely processed and handed over to the courier before 6:00 PM (KST) on business days.

SKIN AETHEL is not responsible for any delivery errors due to faulty contact information provided by the customer.

3. Shipping Carrier & Estimated Delivery Time

We ship our international orders via FedEx (Economy Service) to offer you the most competitive and affordable shipping rates.

  • After your order has been checked and your account has been approved we are able to ship your order within 48 hours.

  • Typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on regional customs clearance processing speeds.

  • In case we do not have the requested product in stock your order will be shipped with a delay of up to 10 working days unless we inform you otherwise.
  • Tracking numbers will be automatically updated and emailed to you as soon as the package is registered with FedEx, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Treshold

  • Free Shipping: We offer free Shipping via FedEx Economy on all orders over $500 (USD).
  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under $500 (USD), a flat shipping rate of $40 (USD) will be automatically applied at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Regulations

  • Included in the Price: Customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with your shipment are included in the amount paid at checkout. Customers will not be charged separately for these costs upon delivery.

  • Customs Clearance: International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. The recipient may be required to provide additional information or documentation if requested by FedEx or local customs authorities.

  • Customs Delays: SKIN AETHEL is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs inspections, regulatory reviews, or delays in providing requested documentation.
